I, Humberto, the owner of El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant came to the United States in1988 with a dream to work hard and save the little I made so I could run my own business. Initially, I started cleaning dishes and cooking in a restaurant, but my passion was pursuing my dream in entrepreneurship.
 
I worked in Atlanta, Georgia in a small restaurant named San Jose. From there I moved to North Carolina, later returning to Greenwood, South Carolina. Once I had the opportunity to come to Nashville, Tennessee and expand my career and entrepreneurship with my new business El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant. My passion is to work hard and please clients with great Mexican food and atmosphere. Even the hardship that I have been through in the past, I still keep moving forward. I enjoy the great city of Nashville, which has proven to grow my business. I have lived here for thirteen years, and raised my family in Nashville. Thanks to god, to you, my clients that I love so much, and my friends that have given me hope and the strength to go, I would wish to be with you many years to come.
